HOT SANDWICH WITH ROAST BEEF
Hot sandwich with roast beef is a gorgeous meal for a large party at the summer cottage or for the family on the weekend. You can grab such sandwiches into your trips or to school. They will enrich a festive table.

Ingredients

  • beef filets 1.3 kg;
  • ketchup Sloboda Tomato 420 g;
  • 1 tablespoon of basil;
  • 1 tablespoon of oregano;
  • 2 green peppers;
  • 2 onions;
  • 3 tablespoons of spices with cheese;
  • 10 loafs for sandwich or 20 bread slices.

Cooking directions

  1. Put meat into the 5-litre multicooker. Add ketchup and cheese with spices, stir.
  2. Add pepper, onion, basil and oregano. Close and cook under high temperature for 5-6 hours.
  3. 30 minutes before it is done you need to take out meat, tinker with a pair of forks at the cutting board, return to the multicooker and boil for rest of half an hour.
  4. Each sandwich requires a spoon of fine-cut meat, sweet pepper and onion rings. All these are laid on the bottom part of a sandwich.
  5. You can add some lettuce leaves and a spoon of fresh ketchup in addition to that already placed into the multicooker. Close the sandwich with the second bread slice. That’s it!

SHELLS UNDER CHEESE SAUCE
Delicious meals are not necessarily difficult. this recipe is about that. Italians say that the more types of cheese you use for the sauce, the more delicious pasta becomes with it. For the simplicity of cooking you can add Sloboda Cheese Sauce to one type of cheese.

Ingredients:

  • shells 400 g;
  • butter 25 g;
  • 1 tablespoon of wheat flour;
  • 1 glass of milk (250 ml);
  • 1 cup of grated cheese (125 g) at your choice;
  • 1 cup of Sloboda Cheese Sauce (125 g);
  • culinary plants or parsley according to your taste.

Cooking directions

  1. Boil the shells in a large casserole according to the instructions on the pack.
  2. While they are boiling, melt the butter in a medium casserole and add flour. Boil stirring during 1 minute.
  3. Gradually add milk into the sauce stirring until smooth. Thoroughly stir until it starts to boil, after that reduce the fire and boil during 2 minutes.
  4. Take the sauce of the fire, add grated cheese and mix until it melts and until smooth.
  5. Pour water off the shells and put them back into the casserole. Pour the sauce prepared and Sloboda Cheese Sauce. Add salt, spices and culinary plants to your liking. Serve immediately. If it is necessary to save time you can replace the cheese sauce prepared with the sauce bought.

SEASONAL SALAD
Salad with dry bread crumbs, green vegetables, cheese and mayonnaise is a simple method to diversify the menu. It can supplement lunch or dinner and can be used as a main course.

Ingredients:

  • 40 g of dry bread crumbs with garlic;
  • 2 fresh cucumbers;
  • melted cheese;
  • salad or lettuce leaves;
  • Sloboda Olive Mayonnaise;
  • salt, spices according to your taste.

Cooking directions

  1. White bread is cut in cubes and dried in the oven under the temperature of 110 degrees with an open door. The crust can be preliminarily covered by grated garlic for flavour. Such dry bread crumbs are stored long and you can make them for several servings.
  2. Another option to prepare dry bread crumbs: place grated garlic into the vegetable oil, in 30 minutes soak dry bread crumbs with it and dry under the temperature of 180 degrees with an open door. These dry bread crumbs can not be stored long but they are more flavoured.
  3. Cut cucumbers in rings and cheese in cubes and put all of these into a bowl. You can add cut salad or lettuce leaves there.
  4. Add Sloboda Olive Mayonnaise into the salad. Season with salt and add spices. Serve immediately.

CAPRESE
The key to ideal Italian Caprese is high-quality oil and balsamic. Mix Sloboda oil with balsamic vinegar, pour on top of salad and enjoy.

Ingredients:

  • mozzarella cheese 150 g;
  • 6 fresh tomatoes;
  • 3 sprigs of green basil;
  • 5 tablespoons of sunflower oil Sloboda Olive added;
  • 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar;
  • salt, black pepper, capers, cherry tomatoes, oregano according to your taste

Cooking method:

  1. Cut tomatoes into 1 cm thick circles, use only the middle juicy part, and cut mozzarella into slices of the same thickness
  2. Put the circles of tomatoes onto a large plate alternating with mozzarella slices and basil leaves
  3. Just before use, please pour Sloboda oil and balsamic vinegar onto the salad, and season it. You can decorate the meal with the remaining basil leaves, capers, oregano and cherry tomatoes
  4. Serve with fresh bread
