USER AGREEMENT

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. These Rules regulate the relations between the Visitor / User / Customer and Contractor on provision of Services.

1.2. The Contractor makes the placement of the information about the Services proposed and other information related to the activity of the Contractor on the Website. Amendments including changes into the information on provision of Services on the Website and their cost shall be made by the Contractor unilaterally without prior notice of the User. The information shall be valid until the Contractor makes respective amendments unless a different date is specified by the Contractor additionally.

1.3. Full and unconditional consent and acceptance of these Rules shall be the placement of the Request Order by the Customer according to the procedures set on the Website.

2. TERMINOLOGY USED

2.1. Website Visitor is a person who comes to the Website with no purpose of placing the Request Order.

2.2. User is the Website visitor who accepts the terms and condtions of this Agreement and who wants to place the Request Order on the Website.

2.3. Customer is the User who has placed the Request Order on the Website.

2.4. Contractor is sloboda.ru.

2.5. Website is the Internet site belonging to the Contractor and placed on the web at sloboda.ru.

2.6. Services are the information services provided by the Contractor and available for the Request Order on the Website.

2.7. Request Order is the duly executed request of the Customer for provision of a Service selected on the Website.

3. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

3.1. Having provided his/her personal data when sending the request order form on the Website, the Customer gives the Contractor his/her consent for processing and use of his/her personal data in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ «On Personal Data» as of 27.07.2006 in various ways for the purposes specified in this Agreement.

3.2.The Contractor shall use the personal data of the Customer for the purposes of:
— the Customer’s execution of the Request Order on the Website;
— feedback with the Customer.

3.3. Personal data that the Contractor collects:
— the Customer’s telephone number;
— the Customer’s email address.

3.4. The Contractor undertakes not to disclose the information received from the Customer. At the same time, information disclosure shall not be considered as violation of the obligations when the duty of such disclosure is set by the requirements of the applicable legislation of the Russian Federation.

4. FINAL PROVISIONS

4.1. The Contractor shall reserve the right to introduce amendments into these rules unilaterally. The amendments into the terms and conditions of these rules shall come into force after their publication on the Website.
